My lifelong passion is to facilitate people back to true wellness by utilizing intuitive and therapeutic touch to help create positive change. The essence of my work is to educate and guide you to rediscover your relationship with your body, mind, and spirit. I am a certified Electro-Lymphatic Therapist and a licensed Massage Therapist. Together with my husband, Glenn, I am also a pH Wellness Coach. Since 2001, we have hosted over 35 group cleanses to provide education and support on detoxifying the body which helps restore balance.

I am a Caregiver
It was fate that brought me to BioSync.
While attending a seminar my husband, Glenn and I, approached one of the facilitators about how limited our lives were because his pain and trauma had dictated our activity. She smiled and said “ I will see if I can get you a session with Mark Lamm”. We personally got to meet and work with Mark. Prior to the session, Glenn was in horrible sciatic nerve and joint pain including chronic constipation from many years of using pain medicine. He had two lumps that were hard and calcified in the deepest hip rotator muscles (buttocks). This made it difficult to sit or lay down for long periods of time.
Glenn received monthly cortisone shots to reduce the inflammation which failed to work. The pain that he suffered from was so intense that it lead to the long term use of Morphine Sulfate injections. His morphine use was supervised by a pain management team every two weeks. He was taking over 400mgs daily with Vistrol and MS contin and he was still in pain.
After a single session, Glenn’s golf ball size lumps had vanished and he was standing up straighter and taller than ever. Mark also worked on Glenn’s internal organs to resolve the trauma that was stored in his core and his colon.!!! The best news of all is that Glenn dramatically reduced his pain meds from 400 mgs a day to 180 mgs. He takes even less today.
Immediately after Glenn’s session was complete, I knew that this would be such a gift if I could create this kind of positive change for Glenn. Something sparked in me on that day. I knew that BioSync was the light that was calling me to serve. That is what inspired me to learn the BioSync Method of natural healing. BioSync is an important and necessary part of our health care regime. I am very proud to be part of the BioSync community and I especially treasure my relationship with Mark and Leah Lamm. This has been a remarkable resource with life changing results.
