I have been enjoying living for eighty five eventful, interesting and wonder filled years …
Growing up in Nazi Germany I learned the Yin and Yang of tolerance and compassion and fear and hate. Taking refuge in Columbia in 1940, I learned Spanish and reveled in the wet and warmth of Barranquilla. And finally on to America where I learned English and to play baseball and football.
So, how do you live a truly inspired life? The foundational elements consist of embracing four sustainable well-being points.
1) Happiness and enjoyment
2) Activity – both mental and physical
3) Being comfortable in your body
4) Having a sense of humor
Attitude of Gratitude
Throughout the day I infuse an attitude of GRATITUDE in all my actions and interactions. I act like a kid playing in a sand box — indulging in the discovery of each moment, the thrill of adventures pursued, the fulfillment of a job well done, the beauty of nature, the joy of friends and family and my beautiful wife, the companionship of our dogs— and I look for the humor that is in all life.
You will find that this playing in the sandbox of life attitude will affect the bio-chemistry of your system nurturing health and fostering happiness.
The secret to living an inspired life is really so easy………..fall in love with your life!
